This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our clients, their industry, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams from the initial project phase through to the successful implementation.
• Assist clients during the onboarding process, acting as the primary contact for project-related and functional queries.
• Aid in developing and executing detailed project timelines to guarantee the prompt delivery of services and outputs; generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Record customer process flows, identify system deficiencies, and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize client commitments and requirements.
• Act as a liaison between our product development teams and our clients to ensure timely delivery of system configurations and project launches.
• Cultivate trustworthy and significant relationships with product advocates and key contacts within each client organization, staying attuned to their evolving needs.
• Oversee multiple implementation projects and the deployment of technical software solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; degrees in Finance, Economics, or Engineering are preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in any of the following fields: solutions management/engineering, project management, product management, account management, sales/customer success, or implementations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Strong empathy for clients and a passion for project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated – enjoys tackling new challenges and driving them forward.
• Naturally process-oriented and skilled at effective time management.
• Relevant experience at the intersection of technology and customer enablement.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of software implementation is advantageous.
