This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assist the sales team by conducting demonstrations for potential clients.
• Execute Proof-of-Value (PoV) initiatives to showcase the advantages of the XBOW platform.
• Perform technical discovery and gather requirements during the sales process.
• Guide clients through the technical onboarding process.
• Serve as Tier 1 support during the PoV phase.
• Be willing to transition to post-sales support roles as necessary.
• Provide insights to product teams based on field experiences.
• Communicate the technical and business benefits of the product.
• Clarify complex security concepts to customer teams.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales phase.
• Facilitate the hand-off between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Proven experience in pre-sales Solution Architecture within the security domain, ideally with a SaaS product.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAST, SCA, and DAST products available in the market.
• Over 10 years of experience in Red Team/SOC/Security Engineering/DevSecOps or related fields.
• Strong grasp of penetration testing concepts and methodologies (for instance, Cyberkill chain framework, OWASP Top 10).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards, including ISO-27001, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA.
• Ability to assist sales teams with discovery and requirements gathering.
• Comfortable leading PoC/PoV initiatives for clients.
• Proficient in articulating complex security concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experienced in customizing messaging for CISOs, security engineers, and executives.
• Background in collaborating with Product Engineering teams to relay customer insights.
• Basic understanding of customer purchasing motivations and objections.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
