Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee solutions utilizing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Establish security baselines, governance frameworks, and best practices.

• Facilitate architecture discussions, conduct design reviews, and validate solutions.

• Serve as the technical lead for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and proposals.

• Take ownership of solution design, define scope, perform estimations, and delineate assumptions.

• Showcase solution architectures and demonstrations to clients.

• Create and conduct customer workshops, webinars, and training sessions.

• Perform readiness assessments for security, Intune, Purview, and Copilot.

• Convert technical ideas into tangible business outcomes.

• Develop and refine Microsoft Managed Services plans, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalation processes, and support frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with support teams to guarantee adherence to SLAs and maintain service quality.

• Act as a point of escalation for intricate issues.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

• Ensure the upkeep of documentation standards, runbooks, and architectural artifacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 – 12+ years of IT experience with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft ecosystem.

• In-depth knowledge of Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Solid comprehension of Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, and security governance.

• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations.

• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.

• Nice to Have: Experience in delivering executive-level workshops.

• Familiarity with PowerShell automation.

• Background in Managed Services or as a Managed Service Provider (MSP).

• Preferred certifications: MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
