Solutions Architect – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable and highly available infrastructure for AI platform implementations, including compute, storage, networking, security, enterprise integration patterns, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm), multi-region high availability/disaster recovery strategies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

• Create multi-agent systems utilizing various patterns, implement agent logic through modern frameworks (langchain/langgraph), devise comprehensive evaluation frameworks, enhance prompts through A/B testing, and oversee deployment and operations.

• Conduct technical maturity assessments, collaborate with enterprise clients to grasp their requirements and offer recommendations, and work in partnership with Engagement Managers along with Product and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.

• More than 3 years of experience in designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, or AKS), including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with database systems (relational databases, in-memory data stores), including high availability, replication, backup strategies, and sizing.

• Proven experience in designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.

• Strong knowledge of networking, security (SSO/RBAC, TLS, secrets management), and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for infrastructure and applications.

• At least 1 year of experience in developing production AI/ML applications or agents.

• Significant experience with large language model frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) for creating agent-based applications.

• Knowledge of state management patterns (both short-term and long-term memory).

• Experience in designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for AI applications.

• Strong prompt engineering skills, with experience in optimization and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with vector stores, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, and knowledge organization.

• Experience in tool integration, API design, and error handling strategies.

• Strong development skills in Python and/or TypeScript.

• Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.

• Experience in conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a varied audience.
