This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Providing solution sales and enhancing adoption through insights and expertise.
• Promoting the value proposition of designated products to HealthStream clients and prospects.
• Tailoring compliance courseware solutions to meet the needs and business goals of institutions.
• Developing relationships and establishing credibility with key stakeholders.
• Achieving or surpassing the assigned sales quota for compliance courseware solutions.
• Participating in meetings and conferences as necessary to represent the Company.
• Traveling to potential Client and Client locations to explore business opportunities and build relationships.
• Engaging with Hospital Systems, IDNs, University Medical Centers, Medical Schools, large independent hospitals, and health plans to market e-Learning courses and SaaS products to C-level executives in the designated territory.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in hospital SaaS sales and/or Compliance or E-Learning experience.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment, preferably in Compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of consultative sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, needs assessment, overcoming objections, and product demonstrations, all aimed at closing deals.
• Understanding of Solution Selling/Customer-Centric selling methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in territory management, including geographical, systems, and account-based strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office and SalesForce.com.
• Creative problem solver who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to organize and conduct both onsite and remote client demonstrations.
• Proven success in achieving quota while working from a home office environment.
