Senior Regulatory Operations Lead – Regulatory Products

📋 Description

• Anticipate and analyze global regulatory changes, offering strategic insights to senior leadership regarding potential impacts and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, to implement regulatory products that respond to the evolving landscape and foresee future trends.

• Develop and manage comprehensive regulatory product programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Perform in-depth risk assessments to pinpoint potential regulatory and operational hazards.

• Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory trends to discover opportunities for innovation in regulatory products.

• Lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in product management, platform or technical product management, or product operations—ideally within technology or other heavily regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional regulatory product initiatives at a global or enterprise level.

• Experience in advising and influencing senior leaders through thought leadership, storytelling, and data-driven insights.

• Knowledge of regulatory technology and automation tools.

• Capability to operate with a strategic perspective—aligning regulatory demands with long-term business goals and functional roadmaps.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; adept at converting ambiguity into clarity and moving from complexity to consensus.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to design operational frameworks that balance compliance, risk, and scalability.

• Proven experience in developing and mentoring high-performing, diverse teams; comfortable leading by influence as well as through established structures.
