Solution Delivery Manager, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Immerse yourself in our biometric technology ecosystem through extensive training on SDKs, ABIS architecture, and integration techniques.

• Observe live customer training sessions to gain insight into real-world implementation challenges and solutions.

• Start enhancing our technical materials with your innovative perspective and insights.

• Cultivate relationships with key team members from Professional Services and R&D.

• Take charge of your first client project, serving as their main technical point of contact.

• Resolve integration issues and enhance system performance.

• Create data migration code to facilitate quality analyses and system optimization.

• Offer training support and technical consultancy.

• Prepare to conduct technical knowledge transfer sessions.

• Become proficient with specialized tools and technical documentation.

• Conduct your first independent training session.

• Generate technical documentation that includes tests and reports.

• Enhance collaboration between R&D, product teams, and customers.

• Manage multiple technical implementations independently.

• Establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor.

• Lead intricate data migrations and integrations.

• Provide tailored analyses to aid customer decision-making.

• Contribute to the enhancement of the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel internationally, particularly to African nations.

• Professional technical proficiency in French, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work responsibly and independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Capability to deliver high-quality outputs and presentations.

• French citizenship or the ability to work in French-speaking regions.

• Tech Stack & Background:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, and other major languages.

• Familiarity with multiple SQL variants.

• Experience in REST API design and integration.

• Knowledge of Message Queues (MQ).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Keycloak.

• Exposure to biometric SDKs, platforms, or solutions is a plus.
