This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Facilitate in-depth discovery sessions to evaluate client business needs and technical specifications, establishing strategic solutions that effectively tackle specific supply chain issues.
• Develop and deliver persuasive business cases—including ROI analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models—to clearly demonstrate the financial and operational benefits of the TraceLink suite.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance the customer journey, acting as a trusted advisor to foster relationships and guide prospects towards a modern supply chain transformation.
• Oversee and present engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to various audience personas, from technical architects to C-level executives.
• Create materials for and lead interactive solution workshops to confirm customer requirements and align TraceLink capabilities with tangible business results.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TraceLink’s solutions, possessing in-depth knowledge of the platform to address complex objections and technical questions.
• Work alongside Product Management, Internal Services, and external partners to communicate market feedback and ensure the proposed solution maximizes long-term client value.
• Ensure technical accuracy and excellence throughout the sales process, including providing high-quality contributions for RFPs and RFIs as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Client-Facing role (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Business Consulting), preferably within an Enterprise SaaS context.
• Strong grasp of supply chain systems and integration frameworks (ERP, WMS, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing or Supply Chain operations.
• Proven expertise in consultative and value-based selling techniques, with specific experience in constructing business cases and demonstrating ROI to potential buyers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex business and technical concepts to a range of audiences from end-users to C-level executives.
• A track record of achieving the "technical win" in intricate sales cycles, meeting revenue goals, and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at translating abstract customer challenges into concrete technical solutions.
• A collaborative team player who can spearhead cross-functional initiatives while also working independently on assigned opportunities.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as dictated by business needs.
