Solution Architect, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM)

📋 Description

• As a Solution Architect for SAP EWM (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in challenging customer projects focused on the digital transformation of warehouse logistics.

• You will connect business requirements, technological possibilities, and architectural visions to create solutions that are functional in everyday operations and sustainable in the long term.

• In this role, you will not only advise our clients on the implementation and further development of SAP Extended Warehouse Management but also actively design complex solution architectures.

• You will set the professional direction in projects, thinking end-to-end across processes, systems, and integrations, while ensuring tailored, future-proof solutions in collaboration with project teams and clients.

• You will take on the professional and conceptual responsibility for demanding SAP EWM projects and transformation initiatives, shaping robust solution architectures for modern warehouse logistics.

• You will analyze complex business and technical requirements, develop viable target images from them, and advise our clients on selecting appropriate solution approaches.

• You will design end-to-end solutions within the SAP EWM environment, ensuring that processes, system landscapes, integrations, and technological implementations work cohesively.

• You will support introduction, rollout, optimization, and transformation projects in both national and international settings, assisting our clients from conception to successful implementation while ensuring high solution quality and adherence to our quality standards.

• You will manage workshops, professional discussions, and decision-making processes with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing guidance in complex project situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.

• You possess extensive and several years of experience in the SAP EWM environment and have a deep understanding of the professional, technical, and architectural design of warehouse logistics solutions.

• You have comprehensive knowledge of EWM core processes and are familiar with the demands of modern implementation, rollout, and transformation projects, ideally also within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

• You can confidently conceive organizational, professional, and technical target images and think solutions across processes, system landscapes, and interfaces, such as in conjunction with ERP, MFS, mobile technologies, Fiori, or adjacent SAP logistics processes.

• You are willing to travel for project-related purposes and possess excellent German and English language skills, while keeping a genuine interest in technological developments in the logistics sector.
