Solution Architect – Power Platform, SharePoint

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Interact with stakeholders to grasp business needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Design, develop, and sustain solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

• Convert business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions.

• Lead the delivery of solutions employing Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Collaborate with development teams to improve existing applications and create new solutions.

• Evaluate technical designs and offer guidance on resolving issues and best practices.

• Track client feedback and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

• Generate and maintain both technical and functional documentation.

• Develop documentation for solution design, requirements, security, and support.

• Ensure that documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes.

• Review solution architecture to confirm alignment with enterprise standards.

• Perform security assessments and guarantee compliance with security protocols.

• Assist with post-deployment activities and ongoing maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, covering architecture, development, deployment, maintenance, migration, and data management.

• Extensive experience with: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.

• Demonstrated experience in designing comprehensive enterprise solutions and translating business needs into technical implementations.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong comprehension of solution architecture and system integration.

• Technical Skills: .NET / C#, JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SQL and database technologies, XML, JSON, SharePoint customization and integrations.

• Preferred: Experience with Visual Studio, Web Services, CRM SDK, or Visual Basic; experience in product management; enterprise architecture experience.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities in English; capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams; strong stakeholder management and leadership qualities.
