Solution Architect – Banking & Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will design and develop comprehensive solution architectures within our complex system landscapes.

• You will assist in the selection of standard and purchased solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with our target architecture.

• You will create detailed specifications for technical solutions (software, infrastructure, sizing) while consistently adhering to our architectural principles.

• You will take responsibility for the creation and ongoing maintenance of architectural documentation.

• You will collaborate closely with departments and stakeholders, providing expertise for implementation projects upon request.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.

• Solid professional experience, particularly in requirements analysis and cross-system solution design for complex IT environments – ideally in the banking or finance sector.

• Familiarity with modern integration architectures (SOA, Web & Mobile, Kafka) and data modeling (e.g., Sparx EA).

• Proficiency with frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or UML.

• Strong knowledge of software development (Java, SQL, REST/OpenAPI).

• Experience with Oracle, CRM, and ETL systems (Informatica, Oracle ODI).

• Experienced in agile methodologies and technical analysis (User Stories).

• Expertise in cloud infrastructures and financial crime detection (AML, AFM).

• Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
