Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Configure and document the comprehensive solution utilizing the XTEL SaaS platform to fulfill customer business and technical needs while ensuring scalability and security.

• Lead and mentor both technical and business teams across various projects, effectively collaborating within the larger team and optimizing the use of personnel and resources.

• Provide in-depth expertise on the XTEL solution, articulating configuration options and benefits to the clients' business processes, leading discussions on RGM with client teams, and linking these back to data to guide clients in critical configuration decisions that enhance business value from our platform.

• Conduct workshops with client teams to collect, formalize, and challenge requirements, converting them into clear functional blueprints and configuration specifications, and ensuring system configurations and integrations align with client needs while minimizing customization.

• Implement and configure the XTEL SaaS solution to meet client requirements in close collaboration with technical teams, ensuring a seamless transition of functional requirements.

• Perform gap analysis between client requirements and standard XTEL platform capabilities, recommending and implementing configuration choices or closure strategies.

• Facilitate the development of test scripts, and lead both systems integration and user acceptance testing to guarantee solution quality.

• Provide technical governance and assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle, identifying and mitigating business and technical risks related to solution configuration and implementation.

• Serve as a vital communication link between clients and product teams, offering actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Dive deeply into significant strategic projects and initiatives, assisting the team in addressing new challenges and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Ensure timely availability, structuring, and enrichment of data for implementation projects, focusing on data quality and actionable insights.

• Advise on data structures, baseline definitions, and the conversion of business requirements into technical and functional specifications.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Actively mentor and coach team members, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience in configuring and implementing SaaS solutions, preferably within the CPG or revenue management sectors.

• Strong analytical abilities, with a keen interest in data and process optimization.

• Excellent IT skills and proficiency with relevant software tools; advanced knowledge of Excel is advantageous.

• Experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes, particularly in the CPG context or similar industries.

• Highly organized, including effective planning, documentation, and milestone tracking.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with robust problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
