Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You create innovative and comprehensive solution concepts that effectively merge customer experience, transformation, and AI technology utilization.

• You assess customer needs and processes to pinpoint optimization possibilities and convert them into engaging proposals and tender documents.

• In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you develop forward-thinking service and transformation models specifically designed for unique customer requirements.

• You oversee collaboration with business units, partners, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure all elements form a cohesive overall solution.

• You craft intricate concepts into well-organized and visually appealing presentations.

• You remain vigilant about current market and technology trends, proactively introducing new ideas.

• You also take charge of the methodological enhancement of our solution design approaches and actively engage in the ongoing refinement of our process models and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

• Several years of experience in customer experience, customer service, consulting, or solution design are required.

• Experience in crafting complex solutions as well as in proposals and tenders, ideally with interdisciplinary teams, is preferred.

• A strong understanding of digital business models, contemporary CX technologies, automation, and AI application.

• A confident demeanor, strong analytical abilities, and strategic thought processes.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the capability to structure and present complex ideas in an engaging manner.

• High initiative, a solution-focused working approach, and a passion for digital transformation, innovative customer experiences, and contemporary technological trends.

• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
