Solution Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for Canadian workflows and products in relation to 360 Encompass implementations, adoption, and optimization.

• Provide guidance to clients on existing and future workflows concerning coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), data quality, reporting, and operational enhancements.

• Assist project teams with decisions regarding customer workflows, configuration suggestions, planning for adoption, and managing change.

• Lead demonstrations for clients, conduct workflow design sessions, engage in readiness discussions, strategize training, and perform post-go-live optimization evaluations.

• Facilitate Canadian customer success by utilizing adoption metrics, providing reporting insights, recommending best practices, and communicating at the executive level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher and five (5) years of experience in healthcare consulting, implementation, training, coding, CDI, or Health Information Management (HIM), OR a High school diploma/GED with eight (8) years of relevant experience.

• At least three (3) years of experience in Health Information Management, Coding, Clinical Documentation Integrity, or healthcare operations.

• A minimum of two (2) years of customer-facing experience in implementation, consulting, training, or advisory roles.

• CHIMA certification or an equivalent Canadian HIM designation.

• Proven experience in supporting healthcare software applications within hospital or health system environments.

• Familiarity with CIHI Coding Standards, ICD-10-CA, CCI, DAD, NACRS, and Canadian abstracting requirements.

• Experience with Solventum products such as 360 Encompass, Codefinder, and HDM.

• Background with Epic, MEDITECH Expanse, Oracle Health/Cerner, or Altera Health solutions.

• Experience in supporting healthcare transformation initiatives, change management, user adoption, and process improvement efforts.

• Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
