Software Tester, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing to ensure that web and mobile applications meet established requirements.

• Develop detailed and structured test cases based on requirements, specifications, and User Stories, with a particular focus on web and mobile applications.

• Identify, document, and track software defects, closely collaborating with the development team for their resolution.

• Prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to the team and other stakeholders.

• Perform dynamic testing to ensure that the software meets performance, security, and reliability standards.

• Actively participate in agile teams and support continuous integration and deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Software Testing, particularly in manual testing of web and mobile applications.

• Strong knowledge of testing methods and techniques, as well as in the creation of test concepts.

• ISTQB certification or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience in testing iOS and Android applications, as well as modern web applications.

• Knowledge and experience with testing frameworks, ideally also in the Flutter environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage.

• Proficiency in German at a C1 level or native, and a good level of English (C1).
