• Delivers high-quality support to users by addressing end user inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications.
• Identifies the source of problems and collaborates with internal telecommunications, system operations, application development teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Follows up with users to confirm that problems have been resolved.
• Creates and maintains documentation for all activities undertaken.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming field, or relevant job-related experience.
• Proficient in computer navigation, utilizing various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the technical components of telecommunications equipment, systems, and vendor capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Elavon or Talech is preferred.
