Software Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain intricate test suites for layered products on the OpenShift platform.

• Diagnose and resolve testing failures, collaborating with product teams for root cause analysis.

• Design, enhance, and maintain automation for testing processes.

• Create, enhance, and support automation tools.

• Document and monitor bugs and issues using corporate tracking systems.

• Work in collaboration with both internal and external teams to enhance test processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the offered position or a related role.

• At least two (2) years of experience in troubleshooting container-related issues.

• Proficient in writing and debugging quality test scripts across various programming languages.

• Experience with cloud-native or container-based application platforms.

• Familiarity with virtualization products.

• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance methodologies.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
