This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• Conduct quality assurance activities for various application releases, while monitoring and documenting testing efforts.
• Create, develop, and uphold test cases and strategies for cross-browser testing and diverse user scenarios.
• Meet release deliverables, project testing criteria, and fulfill other quality assurance obligations.
• Collaborate with the team to comprehend product modifications and QA testing requirements, addressing issues and defects promptly.
• Operate within a testing feedback loop alongside other developers and team members.
• Draft written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance.
• Troubleshoot the testing environment, automate sprints, and formulate testing scenarios.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and internal tools to enhance SQA testing processes, including script creation to automate test cases and manage routine tasks.
• Engage in regular scrum meetings, product team planning sessions, and user story drafting sessions as directed by the Product/Project Managers.
• Participate in product releases during low-traffic periods for clients.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• 1-3 years of experience as a SQA Specialist or Subject Matter Expert on HR Performance Solutions SaaS applications.
• Experience in functional and performance testing across a wide array of technical platforms.
• Familiarity with various testing techniques, including UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and more.
• 2+ years of experience with SQA tools and processes, including Jira.
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its influence on the company's success.
• Exceptional team and customer-oriented interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with dissatisfied clients to replicate and diagnose software defects.
• Proven capability to plan, organize, and execute work tasks, complemented by solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
