Software Quality Analyst, Korean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Assess software applications, digital tools, and in-app workflows on both web and mobile platforms.

• Analyze functionality, usability, navigation, content accuracy, and the overall user experience.

• Confirm compliance with defined quality standards, requirements, and evaluation guidelines.

• Allocate quality ratings using the authorized grading scale.

• Detect defects, inconsistencies, usability challenges, and irrelevant or off-topic content.

• Maintain consistency and objectivity throughout all audits.

• Achieve targets for accuracy, coverage, and turnaround time.

• Native fluency in Korean.

• Access to a computer with a stable internet connection.

• Proficient reading and comprehension skills in English.

• Capability to evaluate software and digital content with consideration for regional and cultural nuances.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Competence in following structured evaluation frameworks and grading rubrics.

• Outstanding written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.

• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to deadlines.

• Familiarity with iTunes is an advantage.
