Software Engineering AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-file coding assignments that encompass bug fixing, feature enhancement, refactoring, and testing.

• Create clear, natural-language specifications along with reference implementations.

• Develop and expand unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure modes.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in written English, suitable for professional communication.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production systems.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience in conducting code reviews, performing refactoring, and managing production migrations.
