Software Engineer, Web SDK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch new features.

• Take full ownership of features: identify the issue, design an effective solution, implement it, test thoroughly, and refine based on user feedback.

• Enhance the performance, reliability, and developer experience of the Web SDK and its associated services.

• Troubleshoot complex issues across the SDK, backend systems, and browser environments.

• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to gain insights into actual customer use cases and limitations.

• Facilitate a seamless integration process so that partners can achieve their “first story live” status quickly and securely.

• Improve documentation, code examples, and integration guides, frequently utilizing AI for drafting purposes.

• Default to using AI tools for exploration, scaffolding, and code refactoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience with TypeScript/JavaScript in live production settings.

• Solid understanding of React, Node.js, or other contemporary frontend frameworks.

• Familiarity with APIs/HTTP, performance optimization, and basic SQL/NoSQL concepts.

• A proactive attitude – you anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and look ahead rather than waiting for direction.

• An AI-native approach to work – you are comfortable adopting new tools early on, particularly those that assist with coding through AI.

• Ability to articulate reasoning and trade-offs clearly – you can communicate the rationale behind your choices in simple terms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

• Dependability – you honor commitments, identify obstacles early, and take charge of the quality of your output.
