Software Engineer – Tech Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our current senior engineer to establish shared responsibility for critical platforms and tools, eliminating single points of failure within the team.

• Assist in enhancing and broadening our AI tools and frameworks, making them more capable and accessible for the wider Product team.

• Play a role in ongoing infrastructure and platform initiatives — from standardization projects to self-service capabilities that minimize friction for internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing or maintaining internal tools within an engineering or SaaS context.

• Proficient in Python with a solid understanding of AWS and cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and contemporary DevOps methodologies, such as using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

• An inquisitive nature regarding AI/LLM tools and a desire to explore the frontiers of what's achievable.

• A generalist approach — comfortable navigating various parts of the stack and adapting to new technologies as necessary.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive attitude — you identify issues early and take the initiative to address them.
