• Utilize Machine Learning and sophisticated data analytics to uncover risks and opportunities within our claims management platform.

• Examine and interpret intricate data to facilitate the claims management process.

• Directly contribute to the company’s growth and long-term success by providing actionable insights.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert data into intelligence and transform that intelligence into actionable strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Software Engineer First: You possess a strong foundation as a software engineer; you write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code. While you are adept at managing data, generating insights, and training machine learning models, you approach these tasks with a software engineering perspective, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional quantitative, logical, and analytical capabilities are critical.

• Strong proficiency in Python with practical experience in Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch or Tensorflow, Hugging Face, and GenAI.

• Skilled in RDBMS (Postgres).

• Broad ML Knowledge: You have a comprehensive understanding of various machine learning paradigms.
