• Utilize Machine Learning and sophisticated data analytics to uncover risks and prospects within our claims management platform.

• Examine and interpret intricate data to facilitate the claims management lifecycle.

• Directly contribute to the company's expansion and long-term achievements through actionable insights.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert data into intelligence and transform that intelligence into actionable strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Software Engineer First: You are fundamentally a proficient software engineer: you produce clean, maintainable, and production-ready code. While you're adept at managing data, deriving insights, and training machine learning models, you approach these responsibilities with a software engineering perspective, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Analytical Prowess: Strong quantitative, logical, and analytical abilities are crucial.

• Robust Python expertise with practical experience in Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and GenAI.

• Proficient in RDBMS (Postgres).

• Comprehensive ML Knowledge: You possess a solid understanding of various machine learning paradigms.
