Software Engineer II, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver product features utilizing React, .NET Core/Python, alongside its supporting infrastructure.

• Contribute clear tradeoffs during design discussions.

• Resolve outstanding questions through spiking, scripting, or prototyping.

• Manage the systems you create: implement monitoring and respond to alerts.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and embrace constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in delivering production software.

• Proficiency in at least one frontend JavaScript framework (React/Vue/Angular).

• Familiarity with a strongly typed language (C#/.NET/Python/Go).

• Ability to articulate tradeoffs clearly.

• Strong engineering practices including testing, observability, and meticulous review.

• Some prior experience in operating the systems you have developed.
