Software Engineer – IAM, Identity and Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to oversee IAM SaaS platforms, including Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust.

• Design and manage custom services in Rust to enhance and modify SaaS capabilities.

• Focus on the user experience for IAM systems by creating automated request workflows and comprehensive documentation.

• Sustain IaC and software libraries, along with abstractions and documentation, to improve the developer experience.

• Collaborate with the Security and People teams to advance Prima’s fundamental identity and access framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, particularly in IAM solutions.

• Familiarity with Okta or other IAM SaaS platforms.

• Understanding of automation tools and IaC frameworks such as Pulumi.

• Competence in programming, preferably in Rust and Python.

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
