Software Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, and maintain high-quality software components within OneStream solutions.

• Implement features utilizing established design patterns and best practices with guidance from senior engineers.

• Contribute to UI development using contemporary UI frameworks, including Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.

• Develop and integrate APIs and services in accordance with RESTful standards and practices.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring appropriate unit test coverage.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance development speed, refactoring, test creation, and documentation, while ensuring the correctness, security, and architectural alignment of AI-generated output.

• Engage in peer code reviews to enhance code quality and consistency.

• Aid in diagnosing, debugging, and resolving software defects across development and testing environments.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineering team members to deliver features that fulfill functional and quality expectations.

• Adhere to established SDLC, security, and compliance protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.

• Basic knowledge of modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.

• Familiarity with data formats and markup languages like JSON and XML.
