Software Engineer, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement systems and solutions that can scale efficiently as the product and customer base expands.

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle – from initial research and prototyping to deployment and production.

• Create and review technical designs, code, and documentation.

• Participate in technical decision-making in a rapidly growing product environment.

• Collaborate directly with customers when necessary: assist in investigating and resolving their issues, and relay feedback and ideas back to the team.

• Identify and propose product enhancements based on actual customer challenges and your own observations.

• Actively engage in the growth and evolution of the product from an early stage – comprehend the product, its challenges, and opportunities beyond just technical aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Go programming language.

• Experience with Kubernetes in production – you should know how to deploy and manage services.

• A solid understanding of the underlying infrastructure, not merely how to write application code.

• A genuine interest in working with an early-stage, expanding product and a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond coding tasks.

• Adaptability – you are comfortable with the fact that in a fast-paced product environment, priorities and directions may shift rapidly.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset suited for a small, hybrid team.

• NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS: Experience with headless browsers (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer) and web scraping/automation.

• A comprehensive understanding of the scraping niche, including stealth techniques and advanced principles of headless browsers.

• Familiarity with AI agents and insights on how they could enhance headless browsers.

• Practical experience with our technology stack: MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Grafana, Sentry, ELK.
