• Forecasting contact volume: Creating forecasting interfaces, data pipelines, and inference servers to estimate support contact volume and ascertain the ideal number of support agents necessary for specific days and times.
• Scheduling thousands of support agents: Developing and implementing systems to gather and store team preferences and customer business constraints (e.g., labor regulations), facilitating the generation of optimal schedules for teams of thousands of support agents based on these forecasts and constraints.
• MLOps: Improving machine learning efficiency and operations to enable swift model deployment and iteration.
• Knowledge of ML packages and software: Proficiency in utilizing Python libraries such as pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive analysis.
• Experience in ML or algorithmic teams: Prior involvement with a machine learning or algorithmic team.
• Commitment to performance: A strong dedication to enhancing both statistical and runtime performance, ensuring dependable and efficient forecasting and scheduling.
