Software Engineer – Forecasting, Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Creating forecasting interfaces, data pipelines, and inference servers to anticipate support contact volume and ascertain the ideal number of support agents.

• Crafting and executing interfaces to gather and preserve team preferences and customer business constraints.

• Improving machine learning efficiency and operations to facilitate swift model deployment and iteration.

• Proficiency in utilizing Python libraries such as pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive tasks.

• Prior experience on a machine learning or algorithmic team.

• A strong dedication to enhancing both statistical and runtime performance, ensuring dependable and efficient forecasting and scheduling.
