This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver essential user-facing functionalities that enhance the loan application and rate check processes—directly influencing conversion rates and funding form submission metrics.
• Oversee full-stack web applications by monitoring essential system metrics such as latency and error rates at scale.
• Assist in defining and constructing the next-generation platform funding form that accommodates multiple products, contributing to architectural vision and long-term scalability.
• Foster engineering excellence by enhancing system performance, reliability, and on-call health for the features you develop and manage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent) + 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in delivering end-to-end features across both frontend and backend systems, including APIs and microservices.
• Strong frontend development background in creating customer-facing web applications, emphasizing performance, usability, and experimentation.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with Product, Design, and other engineering departments.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance conversion funnels or other high-scale, metrics-driven user journeys through experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, personalization).
• Familiarity with operating in a microservices-based architecture.
• Experience in fintech or other highly regulated, high-availability sectors.
