• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components utilizing C, C++, and C# within a Windows environment.
• Engage in the advancement of product architecture by integrating contemporary design patterns and technologies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (QA, UX, product management, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Provide full-stack development support across database, server, and web components as required.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Employ Git/GitHub or comparable tools for source control, branching strategies, and conducting code reviews.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and facilitate continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in C, C++, and C#, especially within the Microsoft development ecosystem.
• Experience in working with and implementing manufacturing automation systems or industrial software.
• Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational database systems.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining high availability, multi-threaded distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and common collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk products or similar industrial control platforms.
• Exposure to web development technologies (.NET, REST APIs, JavaScript frameworks, etc.).
• Understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks.
