Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Create geospatial software for Trimble Business Center, Trimble’s premier office application.

• Deliver state-of-the-art solutions to practical challenges in surveying, construction, GIS, BIM, and CAD.

• Collaborate with team members to analyze marketing needs and suggest creative functional designs.

• Develop, test, and sustain software solutions.

• Coordinate activities with globally distributed hardware and software teams.

• Align initiatives with centers of expertise and incorporate specialized components into software solutions.

• Engage in an Agile development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience as a mid or senior developer in a C# .NET environment.

• A proactive team-player attitude with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different locations.

• Experience in optical survey, GNSS, GIS, CAD, civil engineering, 3D scanning, or photogrammetry is advantageous.

• A strong mathematical background is a plus.

• Experience in real-time graphics programming is beneficial.

• Familiarity with writing, consuming, and deploying web services is a plus.
