Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Design and develop microservices: high-scale, fault-tolerant, low-latency APIs with event-driven architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience is required for this role:

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining Java-based services.

• Skilled in designing, building, and operating HTTP-based services.

• Experience with multiple microservices and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with eventual consistency concepts.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Track record of improving existing services and workflows.

• Experience in cloud computing.

• Proficient in continuous integration (git-based, writing CI scripts).

• Experience in at least one dynamically typed language (e.g., JavaScript, PHP).

• A mature approach to testing (e.g., unit tests, integration tests, security auditing).
