Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop the foundational system architecture that will serve as the core of our payment infrastructure.

• Create vital components such as workflow engines, partner integrations, ledgering systems, and public APIs.

• Collaborate closely with technical leadership to influence critical architectural decisions.

• Contribute to shaping our engineering culture and technical practices as we expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in software development.

• Although our codebase is primarily in Ruby, we prioritize engineering fundamentals over expertise in any specific programming language.

• Solid experience in constructing dependable, scalable backend systems.

• Proven history of managing projects from inception to completion and making sound technical choices.

• A passion for working in a dynamic startup environment where you will take on diverse responsibilities.

• Strong character and empathy—our goal is to foster a collaborative, kind, and high-achieving culture.

• Nice to Have: Experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain development, API design and implementation, frontend development, and DevOps/infrastructure knowledge.
