• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in an agile setting.

• Strong expertise in object-oriented Java development.

• Proficient in React development.

• Experience with automated testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with evolutionary design principles.

• Skilled in working within a CI/CD environment.

• Ability to identify and resolve performance issues.

• Knowledge of Spring application development is preferred.

• Leadership skills within a team setting are preferred.

• Experience with Extreme Programming practices and principles is preferred.

• Understanding of cloud architecture and 12-factor applications is preferred.

• Awareness of continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

• Experience utilizing AI to enhance delivery while ensuring quality is preferred.
