Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supporting the development of user-friendly web applications for various end users and partners.

• Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining your application.

• Taking ownership of both front-end and back-end development for your application.

• Creating, building, and maintaining API infrastructure that facilitates integration between various services and third-party systems.

• Collaborating effectively with product managers, fellow engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the project.

• Contributing technical ideas and projects that aim to address real-world business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Software engineer with over 3 years of experience.

• Proficient in developing web applications using an object-oriented language such as Ruby, with familiarity in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with Single Page Applications and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, or (preferably) Ember.js.

• Knowledge of working with RESTful APIs (Desirable).

• Experience with integration of internal and third-party services (Desirable).

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Heroku, and Azure (Desirable).

• Understanding of data migration and ETL practices (Desirable).
