Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Engage actively with AI coding assistants and copilots in your daily development activities.

• Design and oversee harnesses and evaluation frameworks for AI-related projects.

• Develop and deploy full-stack features from start to finish for GoTo Resolve.

• Work collaboratively with product managers and designers to create experiences tailored for IT professionals.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.

• Suggest enhancements to development processes for better efficiency.

• Assist in advancing the engineering practices of the team as AI tools continue to evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven history of delivering production-quality product(s).

• Regular hands-on experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of AI harness and evaluation principles, including automated evaluations, model-output benchmarking, or AI testing frameworks.

• Strong grasp of clean coding practices, testing, version control, and agile methodologies.

• A curious mindset with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.

• Capability to stay updated with the latest AI tools and apply them to solve engineering challenges.
