Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain LLM-driven solutions, including tailor-made GPTs and specialized assistants.

• Create and enhance prompts, system instructions, and contextual strategies to ensure precision and dependability.

• Execute prompt chaining, tool invocation, and foundational agentic workflows.

• Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases.

• Assess, test, and refine LLM outputs based on established quality and safety standards.

• Implement responsible AI practices, safety measures, and governance protocols in all deployments.

• Build comprehensive AI-enabled applications, including backend services, APIs, and user interface integrations.

• Integrate LLM functionalities into current enterprise applications.

• Create reusable services and components to facilitate AI capabilities.

• Troubleshoot and rectify application or AI-related issues affecting functionality or user experience.

• Develop and launch AI solutions on Azure and/or AWS platforms.

• Support CI/CD pipelines for both application and AI workloads.

• Assist with MLOps processes, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.

• Ensure that solutions are secure, reliable, and cost-effective within production environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in overall software engineering.

• Strong foundation in full stack development.

• Proficient in Python with a solid grasp of programming principles.

• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.

• Background in creating or customizing GPT-based solutions.

• Familiarity with RAG frameworks and vector databases.

• Cloud experience with Azure and AWS platforms.

• Basic knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and production support methodologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Frontend experience with contemporary frameworks is advantageous.
