Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-stack features from start to finish, managing the entire lifecycle from initial concept to production with minimal supervision.

• Develop and sustain the infrastructure that supports Fastino's services, ensuring systems remain reliable and efficient as we expand.

• Collaborate closely with AI researchers to integrate new model capabilities into the product, maintaining a rapid pace without compromising quality.

• Convert user feedback into product enhancements, swiftly addressing the gap between customer experiences and product releases.

• Engage daily with the entire team to evaluate progress, identify obstacles, and maintain high momentum.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in software engineering, with a proven history of managing features from design through to deployment.

• Proficient in Python; familiarity with TypeScript is advantageous but not essential.

• You excel in uncertain situations and can navigate the balance between speed and scalability without relying on a detailed guide.

• Optional: Experience in developing or integrating LLM-based systems or AI infrastructure.

• Optional: Knowledge of high-concurrency backend systems or low-latency API design.
