This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Create new features and functionalities for EverHealth products.
• Work alongside software engineers and domain specialists to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
• Design and implement innovative, scalable, and resilient applications.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Assist team members in problem-solving initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and evaluate pull requests.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Enhance, maintain, and improve automated unit test coverage.
• 5+ years of experience in the .NET ecosystem, including .NET, .NET Core, or .NET Framework using C# and/or VB.NET.
• Experience in ASP.NET Core MVC application development.
• Proficient in LINQ for data querying and manipulation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and modern Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) technologies, including Entity Framework and LINQ to SQL.
• Skills in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience in relational database development, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Ability to write complex stored procedures and functions.
• Expertise in query optimization and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of database design and data access best practices.
• Proficient in source control and CI/CD practices using Git, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with search and caching technologies, such as OpenSearch.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• 1+ years of experience with modern AI-assisted software development tools, such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Ability to apply AI tooling to enhance developer productivity, code generation, debugging, and documentation.
• General understanding of ANSI HIPAA electronic healthcare transactions, including 835, 837, 270, 271, and related transaction sets.
• Familiarity with Health Information Technology (HIT) concepts, standards, and healthcare software development practices.
• Understanding of unit testing methodologies and automated testing best practices.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
