Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the telemetry data infrastructure to enable Project Engineering to effectively ingest, organize, query, and trust site data from an expanding fleet of deployed assets.

• Develop analytics and operational intelligence workflows for monitoring site health, investigating incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and facilitating predictive maintenance.

• Aid in dispatch optimization and troubleshooting deployment/operations by analyzing telemetry, logs, communication behaviors, state machine operations, and site performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SQL, data modeling, and creating data pipelines utilizing orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.

• Background in a production data environment, encompassing cloud infrastructure, Linux-based systems, logs, APIs, and the trade-offs associated with observability and reliability.

• Proven experience in developing internal data tools, dashboards, or operational workflows that are actively utilized by stakeholders.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
