Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive user-facing features utilizing Golang, React, and cloud technologies for CX compliance agent platforms.

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of third-party tools and vendor solutions that enhance platform functionalities.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to address complex challenges alongside product, design, security, data, and engineering teams.

• Take ownership of technical architecture decisions and implement scalable, high-traffic services within event-driven and distributed systems.

• Guide engineers in design methodologies, coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience in developing large-scale systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).

• Proven experience in integrating third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms into active production systems.

• Expertise in distributed systems patterns including rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, message queues).

• Practical experience with observability and reliability tools encompassing metrics, logging, tracing, and debugging within production settings.

• Familiarity with gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ETL pipelines.

• Employ generative AI judiciously, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outcomes and enhance workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

• Exhibits the capability to responsibly utilize generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in everyday tasks, continuously adapting as tools develop, and applying human-in-the-loop practices to generate business-ready results and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
