This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +12 more states.

• A senior technical authority who architects sophisticated solutions, leads development teams, manages estimation and DevOps growth, and ensures project success and sprint commitments.
• A hands-on delivery leader responsible for comprehensive technical oversight, scope and risk management, leading code audits/POCs, and ensuring favorable project results.
• A senior technical leader managing multiple client projects, ensuring successful delivery, mentoring managers/coaches, and promoting quality and technical excellence across teams.
• Proven experience in Agile environments, effectively communicating progress, addressing blockers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A strong commitment to high-quality delivery, focusing on detail, code quality, and thorough testing.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to partner with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, discuss technical strategies, and provide demonstrations.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Creating modern, appealing user interfaces (preferably React or Angular), developing data-driven REST APIs (Python, Go, Node, or Java), or managing cloud infrastructure, servers, or databases (preferably AWS).
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
