Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Inspire and develop innovative features that drive the growth of BoomPop and generate creative solutions for emerging business needs.

• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting mission-critical systems.

• Deliver high-quality code and provide design review feedback to fellow engineers; advocate for and lead the adoption of best practices and standards for code and design reviews within the organization.

• Enhance performance and ensure system stability.

• Adhere to software design patterns and best practices throughout the development process.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in software development.

• Code Review and Mentorship: Evaluate team code contributions and offer constructive feedback to foster code quality and uphold coding standards.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, APIs, and processes to ensure thorough understanding and knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering systems and applications.

• Strong background in writing scalable code while adhering to best practices in accessibility, performance optimization, and instrumentation.

• In-depth knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.

• Significant experience with the design, implementation, and analytics of relational/non-relational databases.

• More than 3 years of experience with React.
