• Analyze, define, and independently address a diverse array of technical challenges within the frontend domain.
• Design and implement solutions that fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements, encompassing core use cases as well as common edge scenarios.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate solutions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Actively engage in and support improvements within the team and organization, including changes to processes and tools.
• Participate in code reviews by offering constructive feedback and promptly incorporating input from others.
• Challenge existing methods and suggest enhancements to drive better outcomes and long-term value.
• Take initiative by owning tasks and contributing wherever necessary to support team objectives.
• Consistently produce maintainable, scalable, and high-quality frontend solutions, even when under time constraints.
• Willingness to engage in a scheduled on-call rotation to support production services.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, particularly focusing on frontend technologies.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend development, preferably with Angular and its related technologies.
• Solid grasp of software development principles, patterns, and best practices (e.g., testing, code quality, maintainability).
• Practical experience with tools and platforms such as GitHub, CI/CD systems (e.g., TeamCity), code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube), and cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
• Ability to think strategically, navigate uncertainty, and overcome challenges to achieve objectives.
• DevOps experience is a plus.
• Capability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments and deliver increments under tight deadlines.
