This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Design and develop comprehensive full-stack features utilizing C# / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server / Azure SQL for back-end services, along with React or Angular for front-end applications.
• Create well-tested and maintainable code, incorporating both unit and integration tests.
• Actively engage in code reviews, offering and integrating constructive feedback.
• Contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) with structured and context-rich prompts to enhance coding, test coverage, and documentation.
• Carefully assess all AI-generated output prior to committing, ensuring accuracy, security, and alignment with team architecture and coding standards.
• Operate within Libra’s agentic engineering framework: AI agents manage code generation at scale while engineers maintain oversight of judgment, quality standards, and architectural decisions for all deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product, Quality Engineering, business stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver features that fulfill acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
• Work alongside offshore developers within the squad to clearly define tasks, provide code review feedback, and uphold shared quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for back-end development.
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core.
• Familiarity with React or Angular for front-end development.
• Knowledge of Git-based source control, pull request processes, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and agile delivery methodologies.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and general-purpose LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI) for code generation, documentation, and technical exploration.
• Capability to formulate structured, context-rich prompts for AI coding tools to yield focused results; a practice of iterating on prompts to enhance output quality.
• Consistent practice of critically reviewing AI-generated code for accuracy, security vulnerabilities, and compliance with team architecture and coding standards before committing.
• Foundational knowledge of agentic development workflows: comfortable participating in a pod model where AI agents take part in code generation and test scaffolding, able to effectively scope generation tasks and assume full responsibility for reviewing, integrating, and refining AI-generated content.
• Strong creative problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented with proficient communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
