Software Engineer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement generative AI solutions for a rapidly growing product range.

• Design and launch AI agents for both internal tools and customer-facing applications.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technology into current systems.

• Educate, inform, and assist product developers with AI integration and maintenance.

• Determine optimal data processing methods and structures for precise AI analysis.

• Convert requirements into clear engineering deliverables, monitor progress, and communicate updates through stand-ups and stakeholder meetings.

• Execute testing, debugging, and performance enhancement of AI agent workflows.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and trends in commercial AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or MetaGPT.

• Solid understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) and prompt engineering techniques.

• Experience with AI libraries including Transformers, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face.

• Proficient in GenAI data pre-processing and embedding techniques.

• Experience with REST APIs and at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Familiarity with MongoDB or other similar NoSQL databases.

• Skilled in Git workflows, including branching strategies and code review processes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
