Software Development Team Lead

📋 Description

• Providing technical and disciplinary leadership for a development team comprising approximately 6 members.

• Holding technical accountability for the design, architecture, and quality assurance of our web applications.

• Advancing the team's structure, processes, and development methodologies.

• Engaging in close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders for effective prioritization and planning.

• Developing and enhancing web applications (both frontend and backend using React), with a strategic and hands-on approach.

• Leading and facilitating the transition of existing projects from Angular to React.

• Designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with the team.

• Optimizing and refining existing software components and architectures.

• Mentoring and fostering the growth of team members.

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive specifications and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in IT or equivalent professional experience (minimum of 5 years) in web development, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior position.

• Extensive experience with React, HTML, TypeScript, SASS, and web-based systems within the .NET framework.

• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams (functionally and/or disciplinarily).

• Capability to make informed technical decisions and assume responsibility for architectural design.

• Strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of empathy.

• Experience in planning and managing development projects effectively.

• A structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strategic outlook.

• Familiarity with Scrum processes, ideally as a facilitator or in close collaboration with Product Owners.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
