📋 Description

• Act as the authority on Optimizely for the project, spearheading the technical design and development of the portal.

• Collaborate with the Architect and Development Lead to devise a robust, scalable architecture that utilizes Optimizely’s features to fulfill business requirements.

• Mentor the development team on best practices for implementing Optimizely, ensuring top-notch code quality and performance.

• Partner with the Senior Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to guarantee the smooth integration of Optimizely solutions with other components of the project.

• Enhance the portal's performance to ensure compliance with both technical and business performance criteria.

• Supervise testing and quality assurance processes, aligning them with the project's quality benchmarks and requirements.

• Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders, offering technical insights and updates on progress.

• Keep abreast of the latest Optimizely features and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to improve project results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience with the Optimizely platform, encompassing CMS and Commerce functionalities.

• Demonstrated success as a Technical Lead in large-scale web portal initiatives.

• Strong comprehension of web technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and cloud platforms.

• Experience working in Agile development settings, closely collaborating with Scrum teams.
